Overall it was great! We went on our own no tour. It was a very windy day so I was a workout but the scenery was beautiful and we saw dolphins. After lots of fun places to grab a bite and a drink.

Wow, all I can say is WOW!!!! From start to finish my family and I were blown away. Kind (and hilarious) staff members were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great way to explore Shem Creek. We saw dolphins, pelicans and other birds and enjoyed going through the tributaries into the marsh.

Very cool. Would definitely do again. Went in the A.M which is great to beat the heat. Lower tide, would want to go at a later time also because you can see dolphins which we werenâ€™t able to see, nevertheless it was a great time and a lot easier since we are not pro.

My family of 6 enjoyed the tandem kayaking experience! We saw dolphins, sea turtles and several typed of birds! It was absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this experience. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely do it again!

We rented 2 Kayaks. $35 each for 4.5 hours! Very fun! They show you how to paddle, give you a map and let you take off! We went up Shem creek and around the harbor a bit. Tide was out so we couldn't do as much adventuring as we would have liked. Parked the Kayaks at the dock and ran into Reds to get a couple of beers for the trek! Great relaxing fun! DO IT!

100% would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a relaxing way to spend your day. The staff here are very pleasant and knowledgeable. We were able to see different kinds of birds and a dolphin. The atmosphere is incredibly calming and it’s quite the treat to be able to see all the pretty boats on the water. Can’t wait to come back!

such a gorgeous area! the workers were friendly, professional & fun! my husband & I got a tandem kayak and were about to see a dolphin, get a fun light workout in and also see John B & Sarah while they filmed OuterBanks on the creek!! 10/10 and would definitely go again
