We had an absolutely incredible time with Nature Adventures on Shem Creek! If you’re looking for a way to get the family out on the water, this is it. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure we were all set up and comfortable before hitting the water. They truly go above and beyond to make the process seamless. The Kayaking Experience: The water was beautiful, and the paddling was manageable even for the kids. There is something so peaceful about being on Shem Creek, but the highlight was definitely the wildlife. We were lucky enough to see a couple of dolphins swimming nearby, which was a magical moment for the whole family! For the Kids: My boys especially loved the bird-watching guide provided by the team. It turned our paddle into a scavenger hunt, and they had a blast identifying the different species along the way. It’s those extra touches that make this outfitter stand out. Whether you're a local or just visiting, I can't recommend Nature Adventures enough. We’ll definitely be back for another family paddle!

Very easy and smooth operation and they explained everything that was needed to have safe fun. 10/10 would go back again.

We had multiple encounters with dolphins in the waterway to the inlet. A fisherman then reeled up a 4 ft shark and released it from the dock. The pelicans, cranes and birds were also cool! Great experience with two teenage boys, as a family adventure we will be talking about for years to come.

Can’t say enough how great of a time I had! Can’t wait to come back for another adventure!

Had a blast!! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Even got to see plenty of dolphin as we paddled!!! My young teenagers had a blast! Got lots of sun and even an arm workout in!

The afternoon of kayaking was wonderful! Great weather, blue skies, seagulls, outstanding scenery -- and after 6+ weeks of home confinement it was heavenly! Employees did their best to social distance, while still being helpful and pleasant.

I rented a kayak and paddled to Crab bank island to look foe sharks teeth. The rental was easy and all the staff were pleasant! Good luck Will on your next adventure! Highly recommend taking a day to paddle with Nature Adventures!

Great way to explore Shem Creek. We saw dolphins, pelicans and other birds and enjoyed going through the tributaries into the marsh.

This was my first time kayaking on Shem Creek and it was an amazing experience! The employees are so friendly & the views were absolutely amazing. My boyfriend & I are looking forward to our next trip!

My daughter and I had a great time. The employees were so friendly and helpful. We saw a bunch of dolphins and enjoyed a pleasant day on the water. I would definitely do this again!

Very chill 😎, we rented 2 kayaks and went out to the ship wreck , with big boats whirling by many many dolphins 🐬 were swimming near us , around us and they were hunting at low tide ..it was a very fun experience we would do it again just to see the dolphins and be that close in the little creeks..very cool vibe ..

In total it was about $50 per person (2 of us) for 4 hours which isnt too bad! Staff was friendly and helpful. We're here on labor day weekend and went out about 9:30 in the morning on Saturday. As soon as we launched off the ramp we were greeted by a dolphin (picture attached) and he or she breached right by us multiple times! Already worth the money. Saw quite a few birds and we even were greeted by an alligator (no pic of him or her, we decided to put some distance there). Lots of other friendly kayakers/paddle boarders/boaters on the water and overall a good vibe and awesome experience. Definitely worth taking a morning to do this!
